The apartment is situated behind the National Palace of Culture, in the main shopping area of the centre of Sofia - Vitosha blvd. It is fully renovated, with new furniture. You can find there all the necessery appliances for a short or long stay.The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The apartment is on the fifth floor but there is a lift in the building. It consists of a living-room, a bedroom and a kitchen. There is a balcony which looks towards the National Palace of Culture - NDK abbreviation in Bulgarian. In the living room there is a TV set /a cable TV with more than 70 channels in the main languages - English, French, German, Spanish, etc/. |

There is a study corner where you can do all your business work. There is ADSL Internet connection. The sofas in the room could be expanded in order to accommodate 2 guests more, so the maximum capacity of the apartment is for four guests. There is a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer (to cool easily and quickly your drinks), a washing-machine with a drier, a toaster, a set of dishes and all other things necessery to you to stay there for a day or a month. There is another TV set in the bedroom with all the cable TV channels. There is an iron and ironing board in the apartment. The linen is changed every three days of your stay. |
