recently renovated apartment is perfectly situated on 42 Alabin str., opposite to the Civil Court, one minute away from Vitosha blvd. It's modernly furnished, with all the necessary appliances for a short or long term stays.
With its location the apartment is suitable for guests who come
to Sofia both for business trips or pleasure because many administrative
buildings, restaurants, bars and casinos are situated nearby.
It consists of a large living-room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It's only shortcoming - it's on the fifth floor and unfortunately there isn't a lift in the building.

The apartment offers air-conditioners in the living rooms and both bedrooms, Internet wireless connection and a phone, flat TV sets in the living room and both bedrooms with cable TV, DVD system. There is a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee-machine and a jug for boiling water, a toaster, all the necessary things for cooking and eating.
