It's
a modernly furnished apartment situated in Praga blvd, just five
minutes walk away from our office. There are all the necessery
appliances for a short or a long stay of our guests. What does
the apartmet offer? - a security alarm system; - air-condition in the two bedrooms and the study - a living room with a kitchen corner. There is a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer (to cool easily and quickly your drinks), a small dish-washer, a toaster, a set of dishes and all other things necessery to you to stay there for a day or a month. |

There is a TV set (a cable TV with about 60/70 channels) and DVD player. - a study - a place where you can do all your business work (if you have such), soft leather furniture, a desk and an air conditioner. There is an ADSL Internet connection in the study. - two bedrooms - with an air conditioner and a TV set in each of them. We call them 'the orange bedroom' and 'the violet bedroom'. |
- two bathrooms - one near to the living room and another one, connected to the green-violet bedroom. In both of them there is a jacuzzi, a sink, a shower. They are designed in a way to fit perfectly to the atmosphere of the adjacent premises. -
there is a washing machine, a drier, an iron and an ironing board
in the apartment. The bed in the orange bedroom can be converted into a double bed or two single beds depending on the needs of our guests.

We book the apartments only if a deposit is paid - 70/80 Euro for short stays The payment can be done in three ways:- through Western Union- bank account- someone to call us and come to our officeThe rest of the sum is paid upon arrival when you get the keys. |
