The apartment is completely renovated with modern furniture. With its situation on one of the most famous streets in the centre of Sofia - Skobelev blvd., just several minutes away from Vitosha blvd. and the National Palace of Culture, it's very attractive for guests coming to Sofia on business trips. It's not very large, but cosy, quiet and modernly furnished with all the necessary appliances for a short or long term stays. Many administrative buildings, restaurants, bars and casinos are situated nearby. It consists of a living-room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a bedroom. From the balcony you can see Vitosha blvd. and the National Palace of Culture and the outlines of Vitosha mountain. |

kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hot-plate, a microwave
oven, a coffee-maker, a fridge, a toaster and all other facilities
and accessories including plates, utensils, cooking ware, pots
and pans. There is a corner with a sofa bed, and a TV set /a cable
TV with more than 60 channels in many languages/. The sofa bed
cannot be turned into a second bed but a small child can sleep
there.

Both rooms are fully air-conditioned. There is an ADSL Internet connection. The beautiful bedroom is stylishly furnished with a double bed. The bathroom offers a shower cabin, a sink and WC. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a vacuum-cleaner.
