The apartment is fully air-conditioned with individual controls in each room. In addition it boasts central heating through top-quality German radiators, double glazing, high-security entrance door and two terraces, one overlooking Vitosha blvd.

The open plan lounge offers natural leather designer Italian furniture, a 37" LCD flat TV with over 60 international channels including German, French, English, Spanish, Russian, Italian and Greek and a multi-region DVD surround sound system. There is a DECT wireless telephone in each room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern appliances from top brands including ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer with all appliances integrated. There is also a microwave, Espresso coffee maker, and entire six-person set of cutlery, glassware, dishes and pans. The modern dining area offers spacious and intimate sitting for four.

Both bedrooms extend the feeling of relaxation and calm in line with the entire far-eastern influence of the flat. There are king-size beds and substantial wardrobes with sliding mirror doors in each room. Large desks with working areas equipped with ADSL and LAN connections are also conveniently placed in each bedroom. The ADSL Internet connection is available free of charge. There is a 20" LCD flat-screen TV with the same 60 international channels in each of the bedrooms.

The bathrooms are stylish and offer ceramic sinks, vanity cupboards, high quality shower cabins with sliding doors and wall mounted designer WCs with soft-closure lids. One of the bathrooms is en-suite to the main bedroom allowing for total privacy of the occupants.

Although the apartment is bright and full of natural light, there are adjustable blinds on all windows providing full privacy and intimate atmosphere when required.

An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all the little necessities of the everyday life complete the furnishing of this pristine new apartment.
