MARRINELLA APARTMENT

Our guests are placed in a newly furnished apartment, three minutes away from the National Palace of Culture. There are all the necessary appliances for a short or a long stay. What does the apartment offer?
- an iron metal door with a safe lock.
- a security alarm system
- air-condition in the bedroom and the study

- a living room with a kitchen corner. There is a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer (to cool easily and quickly your drinks), a small dish-washer, a toaster, a set of dishes and all other things necessery to you to stay there for a day or a month.
There is a TV set (a cable TV with about 60 channels) and cassette and CD player.

- a small bathroom near to the living room and the study with a shower cabin, a bidet, a small sink.

- a study - a place where you can do all your business work (if you have such), soft leather furniture, a desk and an air conditioner. There is an ADSL connection in the apartment but if you don't have a portable computer, you can use our computer in the office. There is a TV set too so you can watch TV while you are working!!!

The study is constructed in such a way that it can easily be converted into a second bedroom so that if you invite another person, there he/her could have his/her own bedroom and bathroom.

- a bedroom - an air conditioner and a TV set

- there is a washing machine, a drier, an iron and an ironing board in the apartment.
- a phone with a call-meter device

- a large bathroom, situated next to the bedroom, with a sink, a shower cabin, a jacuzzi.

The sofa  used as a second sleeping bed - 10 Euro per night
Late check-in /at 9.00 p.m. or later/ - 10 Euro - for three night stays or less

We book the apartments only if a deposit is paid -

60 Euro for short stays

The payment can be done in three ways:
- through Western Union
- bank account
- someone to call us and come to our office

The rest of the sum is paid upon arrival when you get the keys.
