Apartments in the “CHANCE” program.
Reservations are made without fixing a given apartment in advance, according to the dates required by the guests and the type of the apartment - one bedroom apartment.
The guests are informed about the concrete apartment right before the accommodation.
We don’t require downpayment of the reservation deposit for the apartments included in this program.
The apartments in the “CHANCE” program are mostly equivalent to each other, in the central part of Sofia, and consist of: one bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet and offer according to our standards the following – cable TV, free internet, air conditioner, washing machine, iron, bed linen, towels, mineral water, coke, coffee etc.
The apartments included in the “CHANCE” program:
Alexandra, Anika, Dessilava, Julia, Loren, Magdalena, Marrinella, Sofia, Stella.

The apartments differ mainly by style, details and floor.
