The apartment is situated near a place known as "The Five Corners" - where Patriarh Evtimii blvd., Skobelev blvd., Praga blvd. and Hristo Botev blvd. meet. The place is very crowded but the apartment is on the forth floor and the bedroom looks the back yeard, so it is quiet. It consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. It's renovated and is suitable for people coming to Sofia on business or for families.
There is a lift in the building and many shops nearby. You can go to Vitosha blvd. in 5-8 min. walk.
There is free high speed ADSL wireless Internet.
The apartment is air-conditioned in both rooms. The kitchen offers a fridge and a freezer, a cofee maker, a ceramic hob, a toaster, a microwave oven and all the necessary things for cooking and eatiing.

For your confort there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
