Florica apartment - a little romantic flat in the heart of the Bulgarian capital, located on Tsar Samuil str. (near to Al. Stamboliiski blvd.). The apartment is situated on the third floor, in a building with a repaired façade and a well-kept entrance. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen with a spacious balcony and a bathroom with a WC. The living room is comfortably furnished in pink-green colors, and the bedroom is in blue color with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a short or a longer stay - a cooker, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee-maker, a toaster, an electric jug, eating area, a full set of dishes and cutlery.
The apartment is equipped with a cable TV, wireless Internet, electric heating, air-conditioning and a boiler (there is no central hot water). There is one flat in the same building and two other smaller flats in the neighboring building and all of them can be offered together to more guests. There is a quiet backyard with a table and chairs, which can be used by our clients in warmer days.
