It's a small comfortable studio, situated on 81 Tsar Samuil street, on the top floor of a building with a repaired façade.
In the limited living space a place for relaxation, an eating area, a kitchen corner with all the necessary appliances, a double bed, a bathroom with a WC, a bath-tub and a small balcony are compactly combined. The substandard ceiling and the whole interior creates coziness and artistic atmosphere in the apartment and makes it the ideal place for work or rest. The beautiful view from the decorated with flowers balcony complements your pleasure of the morning coffee. There is also Internet connection, a cable TV, an air-conditioner and kitchen appliances (a hot-plate, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a set of dishes).
There is a quiet back yard with a table and chairs, that can be used by our guests.
