The apartment is situated next to Princess Hotel, very close to the Central train and bus stations, on a walking distance from one fo the main shopping boulevards in Sofia - Maria Luiza blvd., in a quiet area, close to a park. There you can enjoy brand new furniture and all other necessary appliances for a long or short stay.
It's on the third floor and there is a lift in the building. It's about 60 sq. meters, consisting of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
-There are two TV sets and our guests can find about 70 channels in the main languages. For your comfort there is an air-conditioner in the living room. The apartment is suitable for one person, a couple or a family with a child because the sofa in the living room is extandable.
There is a phone for local calls and free ADSL Internet + WiFi connection.
In the kitchen you can feel at home using the microwave oven, the toster, the fridge, the coffee and capuchino maker. There is a washing machine for our guests who stay for a longer period of time. There is a small bathroom with a shower and a sink.

We book the apartments only if a deposit is paid -for one night stay.
The payment can be done in three ways:
- through Western Union, bank account or someone to call us and come to our office
The rest of the sum is paid upon arrival when you get the keys.
