An artistically designed apartment in the centre of Sofia - San Stefano str. It is situated in the loveliest residental area of Sofia - in a quiet place between two city parks. It's on a short walking distance from the National Assembly, The National Library, Sofia University 'St.Clement Ochridsky' and the largest cathedral on Balkan Peninsula - St. Alexander Nevsky.
Many embassies are situated nearby - French, Spanish, Check, Finnish, Austrian, Dutch, Italian, etc.
The apartment is stylishly furnished and there are all the necessery appliances for a long or short stay.
- an iron metal door with a safe lock;
- air-condition in the living-room;
- a living room with a kitchen corner. There is a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer (to cool easily and quickly your drinks), a dish-washer, a toaster, a set of dishes and all other things necessery to you.

There is a TV set (a cable TV with about 60 channels) and DVD player.
The sofa in the living room is constructed in such a way that it can easily be converted into a second bed, so the capacity of the apartment is for two adult guests plus one/two children.

- there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the apartment;

Check-out time - up to 12.00 o'clock
