We offer you a spacious and stylishly furnished apartment, situated on Knjiaz Alexander Batenberg str., in the heart of the capital. The place is next to the National Theatre garden, on a walking distance from the Presidency, Council of Ministers, Central Department Store /TZUM/, Vitosha blvd., National Assembly square, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, etc.
The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift in the building. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining corner, a bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower cabin. There is central heating in the building.
The living room is furnished in dark brown and red colors. There is an LCD TV screen, DVD, air-conditioner, free cable Internet connection + WiFi and a phone /zero is restricted/.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary – a cooker, a microwave oven, a dish-washer, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a full set of dishes

and cutlery. From the living room you go directly to the bedroom with a double bed and a large dress-room divided with a sliding door. There is a small desk for work there.
In the apartment you will find an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

We book the apartments only if a deposit is paid -for one night stay.
The payment can be done in three ways:

The rest of the sum is paid upon arrival when you get the keys.

Late check-in after 9.00p.m. - 10 Euro
Check-out time - up to 12.00 o'clock
Check-in time - 14.00 o'clock and later
